Kuch cases mein refund mumkin nahi hota:
- Product 7 din se zyada pehle receive hua ho aur koi proof nahi
- Product poori tarah use ho chuka ho — sirf quality issue ke ilawa
- Nuqsan customer ki apni galti se hua ho (girna, paani lagna wagera)
- Refund request mein photo ya video proof nahi hai
- Sale ya discounted items — sirf exchange available hai
